Refund policy

We truly hope you love what you've brought into your home. But we understand—sometimes things don’t align.

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund (minus shipping charges and a 3% restocking fee). Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery.

Please note, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
– Sale or discounted items
– Seasonal collections and items (e.g. Christmas collection)

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received. We cannot accept items that are damaged or lost in return shipping, so we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
